Choose love

Why do I choose love? Because this is the only thing that is real. There are other things that will blind you for what it is. But love is the essence of our existence, our core being, within and our external reality. When we choose love, we expand our light and help others in recognizing their own truth.We are here to experience love whatever form it takes. Be it love for animals, plants, Music, Art, family or friends. We are here to know love and this exist within our own knowing. Love resides within and if we keep looking outside of us and expect others to give love to us, we are blindsided. This love is us with the Source of all that is.When you are in a conflict ask yourself, how can I shift this into harmonious relationship within myself? What is the reflection of this mirror within myself? What is the shadow of myself that needs some light? Bring this into your awareness and let the light shine upon your shadows. Choose love over fear, this will bring you much more blessings than you can imagine of. Receive and share this love abundantly and you will find miracles in your lifetime.

Losing Oskie

Last night, Oskie was found dead in front of my neighbor's door. I felt heaviness around my heart and head. What a short life, he was only 3 yr old. Ironically speaking, my last video on you tube site was about "Insights on Grief" needless do I know that it was meant for me. At work I was surrounded by death and was asking myself what does this mean to me personally? Oskie was a gift of love and wisdom. He woke me up to what is real and important in this lifetime. The relationships that I have with sentient beings, animals, plants and all the magnificent creations that we are blessed with. Taking time to choose love not fear, embracing the rawness of life like vulnerabilities and allowing others to show and share their compassion for each and everyone of us. I was overwhelmed with the love from my neighbors when they showed up and shared with my sorrows. We were watching Oskie's last video, lighted a candle and said our goodbyes to him. He was loved!

Thank you Oskie for showing me the way to live in the moment truly embracing compassion and kindness. Thank you for being you! Always wanting love and attention, purring like a rotor, soft and beautiful orange fur coat that you have, you are beautiful and forever I will treasure you in my heart and soul! Beloved be in peace and joy!
