Time to rise up..

When I decided to take a break from my passion, I found myself heavy and bored. It felt like I'm just a passer by that is not in motion with my energy. I was stuck and felt stagnant. Then, I realized just because I want to make my life simple, it doesn't mean that I don't do the things that I'm passionate about. To fill my life with things that I want to accomplish and experience.

Today I'm going back to continue what I love which is spiritual healing and writing. When you are born with these gifts, it is a shame not to share these for those who needs them. As a part of this process, it is always good to be an observer of what is happening in your field.

The boundaries that I needed to learn and to let go of all that is not uplifting my soul. This Ascension process is truly a beautiful experience that is implanted within my soul and I'm here to experience this oneness with others.

living consciously

Finding life more simple and clear as the days go by, as I reflect on my year's passed life, I realized that there is really nothing to heal anymore and helping others heal is not my responsibility, but as conscious as I am and my presence is enough to make a difference in the world. This time that I have in the planet Earth will be spend in enjoying what is present in my life and allowing others who wants to be a part of my realities. As a multi dimensional being I also realized that my journey into the multi universes is just is. There is no separation but a unified consciousness within the multi universes that we dwell.

Others beliefs or opinions about me doesn't bother me anymore but I continually be who I am. I become a part of them as I am a part of everything. When you see others as part of you and nothing else you become like a flow of water that gently and harmoniously lives within the vast ocean of life. Life is so precious that we have to be in the present moment and let go of all the past and clear your self of all the illusions or beliefs that are playing most of your lifetime inside your head. It is all about experiences and feeling the love for your self and others. The illusions that we put about material stuff is a waste of time and energy because what is important is your relationships and how you give and receive love. Especially this holiday seasons we find that there is too much emphasis on material stuff than truly looking and feeling how you have contributed and give love to others. As a conscious being my part is to love and give love in many ways as I can possible give.

What is the most important thing in your life?

Today I reflect on my 47'th birthday and it dawned on me that I'm closer to death than ever. But truly life and death is just a passing experience as our soul is eternal but physically I came into a full circle and self realized that I want to feel love within this physical reality that I have now. My perceptions are transform and looking forward to feeling love within my self, family, friends and loved ones.

Suddenly my healing archetype energy is fulfilled and wants to just experience love and becoming a healer is not that quite activated anymore. All those years of trying to help others find their space of healing is not that animated anymore, that for me this life is more focus on experiencing love and to give healing to those who are willing to heal. I find that people are not going to heal when they choose not to and I won't be waisting my time, energy and love to give, when in fact others are not just ready. So right now I'm resting my case as a healer and becoming a lover instead, I guess it's almost the same as the healer gives love but gives more attention in helping others. In the bigger picture it is still the same energy of love!

Whatever I do will always reflect love as this is what I feel in my heart. When you are in this space of energy you have no separation with what is known as fear as you self realized that fear is just a shadow of self love. When everything makes sense and what you have is what is the most important relationships you have to nurture and love. Only when you find that love within your own self is the only root of this vast energetic field of love. Allowing others to occupy your space of love and be within this circle of life.

Biology of perception

Listening to Bruce Lipton speaks about the Biology of Perception gives me the connection of how the Biology of our human function connects to the perception of our mind consciousness and how it creates the shift and changes in our healing modality. The stimulus response of how the cell works made it easier to see how environmental factors or signals create the process of what we call life and that genes are not the only controlling factors that affect some one's condition. With the new Genetic Engineering Genes that is involve with the new Biology that the scientists are now discovering with the Quantum Physics as well, we are now in the threshold of merging Science and Spirituality. The field that Scientists are talking about and the higher power or force that the spiritualist are believing have now somehow found a common ground. The living matrix of all sentient organisms that are here are part of the big bang, universal, cosmic love and the creation that we are in.

The spontaneous healing of the beliefs, the subconscious mind that we seldom know that is creating what is hidden from within, knowing that perceptions controls behavior, genes and rewrites genes is a crucial step in healing illness and diseases.
When we are aware that we are the creators of our realities, health and condition, we give power to our subconscious mind to be conscious of our actions and reactions to all that is. Life has everything, perceptions are our filters and we can do whatever we desire to manifest when we transform these to clearer, healthier, better, happier and empowered filters of our life. Ask your self are your perceptions geared towards love or fear? Create love and be happy with your choices to evolve then it creates a rippling effect to those around you to transform and shift their own perceptions.

Dance your life away!

Dancing is the best form of exercise for me, it gives me the freedom of expression and love. The passion that I feel in my blood brings heat in my heart and feels the beat of music in every steps that I take. This is the passion that I want to connect back in this lifetime. Every night starting this month of November I will be dancing to the fullest, adoring God and creating love within.

I remember when I was a little girl I used to dance and offer it to God, this is how I give it all. I don't tell anyone that this is what I do when I dance, because that is the secret of my effortless and bountiful energy. Well I guess it is not a secret anymore, but try dancing, offering it all to God and see what happens. You feel this complete joy within and you are connecting to the source of all that is.

When your soul goes with the flow of music there is a connection to your existence. Your body feels this good vibrations and create good emotions with the flow of love. Dance away and feel the rhythm of the music, don't let the music die within you, ignite the fire within, live, love and dance your life away!

Free energy

We are in the awakening times of enlightenment and when we are awake we should be able to communicate and share these information and wisdom to others who are still living inside the box of manipulation and controlled force of this era. I'm talking about the existence of the elite and controlling factors that had been ruling the population of our planet Earth.

When we are liberated and free in our consciousness, we are connected to the source and we have the power to elevate our human consciousness into oneness. As an evolved human being we must be aware of what we are facing in this energetic world that we live in. The power of the electro magnetic field and how it affects us in our existence is an important factor in our education and understanding of our existence.

It is time to wake up, understand free energy that we all need to realized that we are tapping into, with all the complications and consumerism that we are creating in a cyclical and cataclysmic world. It is time to co create a beautiful, clean and free energized world when we consciously communicate with the extra terrestrial beings that had been here since the day of dawn. Become a channel of wise, conscious choice to help our planet Earth in her ascension process.

Catalysts

The catalysts are your enemies or troublemakers, when they are in your field, remind yourself that they are mirrors of what is inside of you. Everything is a reflection of what you are inside, your inner thoughts magnetizes everything in your external world. When you are aware or awake of what is happening, you literally don't take anything personal and you reflect on what brought this up and what is it that this situation is mirroring to you?

You become an observer of the drama and you are aware of your participation in this act or play. We are all actors in our own field, co creators of this lifetime and directors of our play. Once our being is aligned to the truth of this play, we become conscious actors, we stop reacting to the scenario and we choose what we create and pay attention to, we become focus and clear with our intention.

Only when you are consciously aware that your catalyst are actually gifts to who you are and what you needed to heal and face within yourself, that you are going to release this negative vibrations in your frequency field. When you see and learn the lesson you attract or shift your perception to what is and how this energetic field is showing you something that you need to put attention to. Listen and see your enemy as yourself then together we become unified consciousness within the duality of this polarized world. The microcosm within the macrocosm of the universe is us!

Lover's path

Beyond my imagination lies the deepest truth about my self, who am I? This self that lingers and follows where ever I am lead to plant a seed. When I gather my thoughts I stop and ask is this life just at the moment of surrender, I found this silence that lingers in my soul. I am home, this is me, this is the spirit that flies freely in the night sky where the stars and the planets gaze at each other and marvels at their grandeur beauty. Perfect nature's delight trip in the middle of the lovers dream, we are one in this flight of love.

when I finally accept my self, the truth lies behind this ego, I am loved. When I surrender to the heart and said you rule my life and lead me to the path of bliss I feel one. Wondering like a gypsy travelling the vast array of sands in the midst of the dessert..I am thirsty, you are there to quench this longing to taste the coolness of water, right beside the flow of the running spring water, you are there. I know you are mine, I am yours in the middle of chaos and illusion we are one spirit.

Allowing this feeling of knowing that we are one, inseparable between time and space we belong together. See me beyond the form, feel the fire of my heart beating as one. Life is but a dream, walking side by side, loving each others presence hugging nature's trees in the midst of the forest we are the calling of the wild beast, the howling of the wolves, the buzzing of the hummingbirds and the sweetness of the wild flower's nectar.

Love beyond form

Have you asked yourself why this person is in your life right now? What are the lessons that you are learning? These questions arises in my consciousness as I traverse the journey of the lovers path. I believe everyone who comes in our path be it your children, family members, friends or strangers are here for a reason. We attract these to our attention and field to know our own self. By looking beyond the form and recognizing their energy, we begin to open our field of knowing to what is beyond our perception. We see behind the actions and know that we are more understanding of their level of perception and because of our wisdom we become a space of love. Becoming a space means a lot to our loved ones, they find solace, trust, openness and respect when you allow their feelings, thoughts, and essence in your presence.

You become a mirror to who they want to be a pure loving soul. When there is no judgement to who they are and what they are going through, they feel safe in your love. Be light hearted, don't carry their burden but be a space to let their light shine. When they find how expansive they are, they will be grateful for your presence and will fill this world with more love and light. Be always present when you are around someone be it a plant, animal or person, any being is a gift to remind you of your essence and truth. Be loved.

Dynamic portal activation for all the manifestations that we want to create. The number one signifies creativity and confidence. As the Divine's nature is creativity we are aligning ourselves to the Divine consciousness when we are in this field of creativity and love. Whatever you create may it be a poem, art or cooking it is connection and alignment with your Higher power whoever God is for you.

The confidence that you are going to see is the belief in your self just as you are created in God's image and likeness, we are also aware of this magical creation that we are. The wonderful organized system that we are, our complexities and simplicity makes us what we are unique, beautiful in our own ways, loving and expansive. We are co creators of our woven tapestry and all we have to do is open our hearts, mind and align to our energy centers to all that is.

New moon, new project, new intention

Today as the new moon rises in the horizon, I beckoned myself to write an intention to open my heart. Receiving love with Divine guidance towards the perfection of the universal self that I embody. I see beyond the form and mind illusion that most human beings are trapped. My inner eyes reflect the sweet soul of a child, seeing the form beyond its illusion, creating a field of love and purity. When someone harms me, I see to it that I take it internally and seeing this action as a part of me, not attacking but a reflection of what the lesson is?

I believe everyone is a mere reflection of each other, so I called for this harmful thougth and there is an underlying message behind the hurtful feelings. Don't attach yourself to the action and let go of reaction but contemplate on yourself on why you attract this situation and forgive the person that delivers it because our "trouble makers" are our teachers in life. We have contracts that we made to create this in our space and that's all it is, it's like a stage play, we are the co actors in the script of life.

My new project is to finalize the book that I'm given to channel. What a wonderful gift to receive this in my lifetime. Never in my wildest imaginations that I will be channelling Divine grace. The flow of this beautiful, loving and healing energy that I channel is an awesome revelation in this lifetime and I'm totally dedicating this gift to my children and the children of the world.

Retreat in nature

Today I am being called to practice Sundo with Master Kim of Korea, what a gift to be in the presence of a Master. I am so blessed that this happen without even my effort to manifest, it just happens.

I met Master Sha from China the international healer that has 2 million followers in China last August 26th, 2010 when he was here in Vancouver. Two days seeing him perform miracles and how I got the book price consecutively for 2 days is a sweet surprise for me. During the movie play of his life, I happen to sit beside an Acupuncturist that I've known fr one Sundo practice that I attended last Summer. We connect and he invited me to go to this retreat. What a blessing!

Life is full of sweet surprises! we go with flow wherever it leads us just like the Tao, the Absolute, surrendering and letting go our little selves to the unknown territory of God. I am fearless warrior of Light, a channel of grace and love, let us follow the way of nature. Commune with this majestic beauty that is bestowed upon us. Enjoy the ride!

Bitter sweet life of a mystic

The bitter sweet life of a mystic, I experienced this with the "holy raptures" that I go through, the sweet climactic expulsion of my soul communing with the Divine, while my children seems to experience chaos and brokenness regarding who truly their mother is. I am in the state of just letting go and knowing that this is a part of unlayering the illusions that our humanity had to go through not only my children but as a whole era that we are in. The mind conditioning and our perceptions of what is real and what is not.

Our mind can only grasp what our mind consciousness can reach but to tap into the Divine consciousness you have to be able to completely let go of your "self" because you are the blockage that prevents you from seeing the truth of who you are. The spirit that longs to know and eternally quench for God's love.

We are channels for grace, our life is a continuum of God's infinite love for us. We are here to love, have joy in our hearts, peace in our mind, truth in our words, freedom in our spirit, and trust to Almighty God that we as the creations will be able to cherish and treasure all that is within and all that is in our external world as gate keepers of other souls who wish to cross the bridge of flood.

May you find solace in your daily communal with God, balance in your walks, endurance for the judgements that you receive, tolerance for others and mercy for their souls. As they do not know what they are doing, you will be the vessel of hope to those who needs your guidance and love.

Shedding the skins of Reptilians

Shedding the skins of the reptilians is like going to face God without the flesh and baring your soul to what is the Divine in you. These deadly sins or skins are lust, pride, greed, envy, wrath, gluttony and sloth. As I meditate, I recognized these are the portals in which our soul becomes corruptible. Meaning the soul is pure Divine spirit but when this is attached to these skins, it finds it difficult to maneuver or work with the Divine's plan. Just like in the garden of Eden, the snake temps and corrupts the oneness of their souls with the wisdom of God.

In order for us to shed all these skins and become a wholesome and pure soul, we have to relinquish and recognized these "attachments" of our selves, ego and the world. They create harming emotions that lower our vibrations and separate us from the Divine Love and Wisdom.

Our goal and lesson is to unite with the Divine Plan and become unified within our own soul and thus by doing this we become a unified consciousness with all that is. We have to undergo a lot of chaos in order to find solace in the oneness of our soul. Only by surrendering and communing with the Divine that you are liberated with all these illusions and attachments of the body, mind and spirit. You are free to choose which way to go but in your final destination and review of your lifetime, you will be facing the Divine and will be ask "are you free to be with me?"

Inner castles!

Listening to the INNER CASTLES of Dr. Caroline Myss these days, brings me back to my old soul St. Teresa of Avila. I know from the bottom of my heart and soul that I knew her because I experience the same mysticism that she went through. I also believe that her soul was my previous lifetime in Spain come to think of it my roots are from Spain. Even though it's pride that I say these things, I do believe in my past life that I was a Saint. I told this to my partners in life but they just can't comprehend these "grand illusions"...I don't blame them because, only a mystic can understand what a "rapture" means.

The isolation that I go through to be with God is beyond comprehension, beyond the 5 senses that human beings are born with. It lso exceeds the 6th sense, it is a climactic exultation of the soul, one in unison with the Divine. I've experienced these many times and I ask God not to take me yet as I want to pave the way for my children here and the rest of humanity.

There was a period of my life that I want everyone to know what I experienced and so they had accused me of being somewhat "broken" needless did they know that they have a "broken understanding" of the soul. The mind can only grasp so much, this is beyond reason and logic, behind that mind consciousness lies God's Divine will and love. We are far behind from this "soul's perspective" that I call. If we look at life from this point of view, you would be surprise of what you can accomplish in this lifetime.

Every moments is a communication and interaction with God, you see the faces of God within each others faces. Love is light, you don't carry a burden or baggage from the material world, you feel like water that flows from the ocean of love. The ebbs and flows of the sea will take you to this "sea of God's love".

Whatever you do, do it with compassion, passion for the love of God and you will never find inner conflict as you will feel the love and breeze of God's ocean of love. Be loved!

For Mama

Today is the birthday of my dearest mother, she passed away when she was 80 last Feb 17'th 2004. I cherished this day as I remember all the memories and love that I received from her. She's a pillar of strength, hardworking and down to earth mother of 10. An epitome of what martyrdom means, sacrifice is her mantra, when you ask her for advice she will tell you straight from the heart, what you are doing wrong and tell it as it is.

Although in my teenage years we had hellish moments, I look back now and realized she made me the way I am now because of her strong faith in God, compassion for the poor, inner strength, open and forgiving mother.

As for all who still have mothers to cherish, wake up and smell the roses. Your mother is not here forever, love, care and forgive her for all her mistakes for everything passes away and you may never have enough time to think, say or do all these beautiful things that you want to share with her while she is alive.

Thank you Mama for taking care of me and even now that you are in the other dimension, you still watch over me like an angel in the night.

Hologram

Owning your gifts is the secret to success, closing the door of the past and recognizing the Universe is conspiring with you to bloom where you are planted. Whatever you do, do it with compassion and love for others as you love yourself.

In my nursing vocation I find that patients heal more when you treat them in a soul level. When you see their weakness and sickness as not who they are but is a part of them that needs validation and love. In this world of darkness, the only way to stay focus, centered and balance is to anchor your self to the present moment. By reminding myself to breathe and know that I'm supported and guided by my angels and teachers of light, I go with the flow of life.

Empowering others to see their highest potential and reminding them to come back to what is the truth and liberate their spirit is so inspiring. I see the glow in their faces and shining light in their eyes. When you ask and presume what the other person thinks of you, reverse the question and know that the question itself is all actually about you. We live in a hologram, everything is a mirror of yourself. Be gentle and loving to yourself.

Time to awaken

These are the challenging times that we have, we are being asked to wake up from our comfort zone. Bring in the grids of love and light within and around you. Surround yourself with the thoughts that you are always supported, guided and loved. We can not be in silence anymore but continually speak for the truth. This truth will set you free, like the angels wings who lift us up in our sorrows and griefs.

You are not here to be small but to be aware of your souls purpose. You are called to be an Ascended Master of the future. Incarnated to bring love, peace and joy to whoever connects or touch your lives. Breathe and center yourself. Don't be alarm for you are surrounded with chaos, gossips and back stubbing. These are illusions, works of the ego and mind consciousness.

When you are one, you are aware of your Divine connection and the Universe that supports you. Wake others up by merely becoming a work of love in action. In all things that you do you are reminded to love, forgive and let go. There are no illusions, attachments and sorrows in your true essence. You are here to help and support others in their awakenings.

Surrender

Releasing the old and allowing the new to come forth is the mastery of surrendering to what is. This is the path of a spiritual warrior. We are all called to be masters of our lifetime. Wake up with a joyful mind, deep gratitude for all the support, guides and teachings that you are receiving from your spiritual masters and God.

The Divine power is within us, we are power, love and wisdom. Together we will create this new Earth, with this new energy that is within us we envision a world full of hope, faith and love.

The things that are now being released is what we need to allow to let go. Breathe, center yourself and be in the flow of grace. Surrender to all that is, locate all your energy leaks meaning things that are not in harmonious disposition has to go. Lift all that is not of light and embrace your self for all the transformation that are now happening.

meeting with Master Sha

Last night I met Master Sha and it was an amazing time of my life. Before he entered the room, I saw light beings by the open door and thunders and lightnings came, the wind blew by the window closing the curtain and energetically felt his presence. As he did the healing with a Cancer pt, CHF and disc dislocation,I saw a red bright light surrounding his aura. His presence was complete enough to heal you.

A space of love..

When we open our hearts to those that harm us, we become a space for those who needs forgiveness. In this space, we are connected to the Divine essence of God and to all that is. Wake up with these thoughts of love and forgiveness. Let go of things that doesn't belong to light. The shadows are there to be embrace. Listen to your heart's desires.

Reactivate the inner child that gives you delight and joy. Peace to all that comes to you for comfort. Bring the delightful love and willingness to let go of your old self and allow the flow of grace to come.

May you bring the light that God has implanted into your hearts. Enlightening those ears that longs to hear the good news. Opening the broken hearts and receiving comfort to those that weeps. Be light, love and rejoice!

Love until it hurts..

"I have found the paradox that if I love until it hurts, then there is no hurt but only more love." by Mother Teresa. This loving thought of Mother Teresa deeply touched me to the core of my heart. How can I love until it hurts and still find love after all the pain? Finally, I got the point, when we love until it hurts meaning when our hearts are broken and there's no more room for pain but only love that resides in this vast space of our hearts, we can then say our hearts are purified to the maximum, there's no more room for pain but love that transcends the pain. Pain when elevated transcends to this vast space of love, it is boundless and timeless.

There is no attachments anymore to the emotions of the pain body which Eckart Tolle speaks about in "The Power of Now". I feel elevated, anchored at the same time to my ground and there is clarity in my mind. We can only be in this space of forgiveness if we allow our hearts to break open and this gives space to the most compassionate love of all, being with the person that breaks your heart and yet see the love that you treasure and feel the essence of this truth.


We are beyond attachments to anything may it be a person, thing or place. We are sentient beings that are traversing this path of sufferings and it is our compassionate and unconditional love that will help us through these destructions, blockages or bandages that we put into our realities. Our souls are beyond these limitations. Our possibilities to soar high like an eagle beyond our comprehensions will take us to these loving arms of our mother Earth Gaia and its grandeur abundant love.

Again, Mother Teresa had given us the gift of true love, through her thoughts, words and deeds beyond compare, we will carry her essence in our daily trials and tribulations in this lifetime. Make your life something beautiful for God. Love until it hurts, then let go and forgive!

Heart space

There is this thing called "heart space" this is where I go every moments of my life. It's not easy because my head thinks she's always right, bigger and higher. My heart space is where I find solace and comfort of my soul, when I'm suffering and lost. It brings me back to forgiveness which is difficult when you are hurt. It is wide, vast and universal space that it encompasses every beings that I allow to come. I open this heart space to all things great and small. Have you thought of your heart space today?

Take care of this heart space, and you know you can always count on it, it's always open not closed tight, it gives love and receives love, it's patient, compassionate and unconditional. Please don't neglect this space for it's all you need. There is so much to love when you are here. I promise to take you there every time I dream, I wake up and walk in this heart space!

Reflection on the flood of Pakistan

Today I watched the devastating effect of the flood in Pakistan and was in shocked that I had prophesied about this in my dreams on July 23rd and it happened on July 29th, usually my vision comes a week before the actual event takes place. I have stopped watching TV because I get very sensitive to the things that are happening in the world.I'm not exactly sure what to do with these recurrent dreams. There was a time I dreamt of coffins three times in row and soon enough my father had passed away.

I know these are gifts and I become more attune to these dreams and visions that I receive. As I watched today, I feel the pain and agony of the hungry children, homeless people, and the desperation of these souls that are now suffering. My personal crises became like a tiny pebble in the presence of this rocky mountain problem.

Let us reflect in our daily lives how we had contributed in sharing our hearts and souls to others who are in need of love. One good thing that I do is when I'm depressed, I make it a point to go out and serve or touch others, to get out of my self so to speak. To bring a flower to a lonely elder in the nursing home, to play and talk to a child who needs attention, to dance and bring joy to someone and make something beautiful out of my sorrows.

A bridge for those who wish to cross the flood

I dreamt of a vision that there was a bridge and a crowd of people crossing this bridge, but while crossing there was also a big flood. Panic, anxiety and fear was everywhere and I was observing the chaos. I woke up and ask myself what does this dream means?

For me dreaming of water is about emotions and what can I do about these people who are in this flood of emotions? I opened my email today and stumble at Jack Kornfield's Bodhisattva vow..."A guide for those on the path, a boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood."

It is a path to choose to help others cross this bridge of emotions, when someone is flooded with negative emotions we forgot that we are not these feelings, we always have a choice. The path of a Bodhisattva is about compassionate wisdom, when one is aware that there is a space where you can go to in the middle of your crisis, one chooses to be free of these attachments. Emotions are attachments to our soul, the pure soul is peaceful, unconditional love and joyful. In this lifetime we will experience sufferings but we transform these emotions with our choices.

Let us be the bridge for those who wish to cross the flood, create a space where there is unconditional love for everyone who comes into your path.

What you say counts!

When we criticise others we harm our own selves because it's just is, the Law of Karma. It is an action word and everything we say comes back to us, when we become aware of what is behind every comment we make and why we say these things against our neighbors then we become conscious that it is not good for others and for us to speak of these hurtful words.

As an awake person, it is so easy to see where others are and how they deal in their own drama and karmic cycle. The only thing that I can do is bring in the energy of love and compassion in the moment, not to dwell or participate in the toxicity of the situation. It is not an easy task but this is what it means to share light in this dark world. You can only do this when you yourself have embraced your own shadows and align with who you truly are.

Our lifetimes here is precious, deal lightly with yourself and others. Laugh at yourself and love to the deepest core of your being. Allow the energy of love to rule and don't let others ruin your moments. Be true to yourself and see the light in every situation you are given. Choose to forgive and live to the fullest sharing and touching others lives with your light and love.

Be happy!

Be happy, don't worry! love this song, it reveals all that we need to know. In my spiritual journey, I went to many modalities to find inner peace and when I stop searching I found the answer inside of me. The love and acceptance that I needed to know and the joy within my soul. There are many ways to search but you can die searching and missed all the wonderful things that you have right now in your everyday moments if you don't stop seeking and becoming obsessed with all these "illusions".

Even religion is one of the worst illusions in the world, because it is a belief and these are formulas inside your head, the true spiritual evolution comes from within your heart and ask "how do I feel?" is it good or bad then connect with your truth. We like making things complicated but life is quite simple, do what you love, be happy, don't judge, believe and trust in the flow of your life. Stay away as far as you can from your own EGO, laugh!!!

On Alice Bailey

Listening to Alice Bailey's teachings on Seven Rays and it's quite an amazing journey of her soul and how she had written 24 volumes of books. Her background as Christian and becoming an Esoteric teacher was quite unique. She brought the Eastern and Western spiritual teachings together in a Universal spirituality all together. Founded the Lucis Trust and Arcane teachings, a Philosophical, esoteric and spiritual group. The Great Invocation is a great prayer and I want to share this to you..

It's about time

Today, I just realized that I have not written in this blog as I'm quite busy with my other blog. This site is actually my personal reflection on what is happening in my life. The other blog is towards the book that I'm currently finishing. Just to give you a heads up on what this is all about. Too many changes have been happening since I wrote last April.

I continued the meet ups of "Akashic Records Souls" twice a month, gotten a full time day shift job as a nurse in the same nursing home that I worked @ for 18 yrs now. This is my second home, to be around the elders and give them a sense of love, peace and joy in their golden years. Enjoying my 3 kittens namely Buddha, Gaia- Stock (as my son Theo calls him) and Oscar, they are our children @ home. Now that my children are older, I found myself missing their tender years. The mother archetype in me just keeps going. My common law partner Ray as I call him Beowulf remains very loving, caring and best chef in the house! My children adores his cooking and miss his cooking more than mine:)

I make sure this Summer to spend a lot of time with family and friends. To catch up on their journeys, loving the nature, my walks and Bangrah dances on Friday! Little things that makes me happy, makes my world go round. Thank you for taking the time to pick through my little world, my intention in creating this blog is to give love, peace and joy in whatever I think of, say and do. In this lifetime I want to just enjoy and feel love everywhere I go and whatever I do!

love your body!

Health is your wealth! Lots of people get overwhelmed with their worth as their job, which is the big lie coming from the ego. When we are told that we are not good enough then we unconsciously have this negative belief in our field that creates this situation. We become attached to the false self identification which is our work. We are not aware that we are bigger than this, we are spirit experiencing physical realities.

What we should treasure is our existence and that one of its components is our body. The only way to our true treasure is through our health. By maintaining a regular physical exercise and good diet we become align to our highest potential and other aspects of our lives. Our essence is love and our body is the vehicle that we use to manifest and experience love in our lives.

No one will do it for you, it is you that will experience pain or good health. The way I see it, I would rather live lightly than heavy with pain and sufferings. Lighten up, love your body, take care of it and it will give back to you what you put in it.

Drama in the family

It's too funny how families are all related with drama issues and this is how I see things when this is happening. When someone says "she did this, she did that!" that's a sign that this person is not conscious or aware of how her own unconsciousness create all these illusions and attachment to the "ego."

When someone is awake or conscious, this person talks about harmony, love, forgiveness, more fruits of unity than separation. As long as we are seeing others as separate from us we are still living inside our head. Our reactions are actually feelings of how we feel inside or about ourselves. We are victims of unconsciousness when we react, but when we open our hearts, we see things in a different light. Instead of condemning or blaming others for who or what they did, you will be seeing them coming from "fear" and would soon realized that we are all in the same path of healing. Healing your own self and others, you can choose to be in the dark or light?

In the end we are all learning from what we come here for, love or fear? Do yourself a favor, it's easier to love than hate, take the time to love yourself and be a light to others.

Tribute to my brother Mario

Today is the death anniversary of my brother Mario, it's quite amazing how we celebrated his death as his request to have a Hawaiian party in his behalf. The theme was so festive and it's quite funny seeing everyone with their lei flowers around their necks and colorful outfits. The place was lovely decorated by my nieces and nephews with pineapple and coconut trees. It was memorable and happy!

My moments with him before he passed away was sweet as well, we were connected in a special way. When he asked me to be his kidney donor, there was no doubt in my mind that I'm willing to do this for him. It taught me the lesson of unconditional love. My Mama who is in the spiritual world also played a role in his passing, as she visited and told me about his ordeals in life. We were connected in spirit, there was one day that I dreamt of my Mama and it was an emergency situation and in the dream she had a heart attack and I found a telephone and it was my brother on the other line. I picked up the phone and I said "to let go I need the line!" That same day my brother phoned me and said I need your help. He asked me to help him release his suffering and fear of death. We talked over on the phone for an hour and told him about his blessings regarding the situation. I told him that he is special because he can prepare his loved ones and himself to be around his family in a more memorable way with his last days here on Earth.

He spent his last days giving and receiving love from his family and friends. When he was called, around him were the most special people in his life. When we are faced with death, fear gets in the way but truly we need to be open to allow and accept the time in our lives. As we face death in our field, we are able to spend our last times with our loved ones, forgive each other and create celebrations as much as we can and reflect on all that creates our life special. Our family and friends are the one who is going to be there for us. Life is about creating memories that touched our hearts, not about how much stuff we have accumulated. But most of the times we forget and put our attention to things that are not important.

We need to wake up that our lives are not permanent, we are only here for some time. Live and let love reign in our hearts and actions will follow. Our joy radiates and lifts us up in our daily moments. As a nurse my source of love comes from giving and helping the elders feel worthy and joyful in their last stage of life. It all comes back to me at the end of the day, my reflections is filled with peace, love and contentment that I lived my day with fullness and grace.

Life of a Mystic

It's not that easy living a life of a mystic there were a lot of obstacles that I needed to face to be in this space. There were doubts from my own family about what I saw and felt as a child experiencing ghosts and other visitations. I was also aware of my own questions on what is real or was it my imaginations playing in my field? My first encounter with Astral travel is when I was two yr old, I was literally dead with Diphtheria and saw my two brothers running in the hallway of the hospital. I also saw my mother carrying me and the vision was so surreal. The only explanation I have is that my cellular memory is quite a remarkable entity in my being that connects me to my experiences without the concepts of time and space.


As a mystic I have gifts and connections to the other dimensions that gives me hints where I'm being led to the next chapter of my life. It's a knowing and it's hard to express it with words. When I do Akashic readings for others, I literally feel the energy of the other person and know where the blockages are, I'm guided with the gifts of vision, hearing words and thoughts that come from the heart. Even before the client comes I dream of signs and symbols on what is coming, my premonitions are accurate. My guides are angels in my dreams, they usually come to me when there is an emergency that will happen. They give me warnings that everything is going to be fine.

My life right now is totally living in the moment, I live as a pilgrim without attachment to anything even to relationships. Everything that I see is temporary and transient. All I see now is beyond form and action, I see through fear and find love in every experiences. There is no judgement it's just is. Life is precious, see love and you will find love in all.

Looking @ the bigger picture!

I'm back to Vancouver and as you can see I literally wasn't able to write as my days in the Philippines were spent more on outings than writing. The energy in Asia is so grounding, the people are heart warming and quite infectious to your soul. Now I know why my father decided to rest in peace in a country where there is true love. I've experienced spirituality to the max, there is no need to do but enjoy your life and laugh.

As I continue my work as a Wounded Healer, I finally see the bigger picture of my life. It is simple, to live, love and laugh with people as you love yourself is the secret to living a full life. The pain and sufferings happen when you don't self realized that the magnet is you. So in order to find the treasure house you have to let go of your issues and live life to the fullest.

Forgiveness is the key to my healing and it is not difficult to attain when you allow love inside your heart and see the bigger picture of your life. Let go and let love reign in your life!

Observer of behavior

As I become an observer of behavior here in the Philippines I recognized that most people lives in the past, they seem to carry baggage of the past like ill feelings or harm that was done few years back. I don't think it's the place where I am, it's happening wherever you are or go but because I have a lot of free time here I can mostly observed where people tend to fall in their own pitfalls. They are unconscious of their own behavior and project outcomes that tend to separate than unite.

Instead of forgiving or letting go they seem to attached themselves to pain and suffering. How do you help others recognized this type of behavior? For me I just let it be, I am a witness and if I try to correct or try to help, they would not listen to you anyway because they live inside their head. Why waist your energy helping them to see the light? From my experience they would learn from their own journey and if you happen to be there while it's happening, all you have do is to remind yourself that it's their own choice and path to thread. Sometimes as a healer you tend to help too much and forget that each has their own time to heal. When the students are ready the teacher appears.

Philippines, where love is!

Today I went for a walk in the hot morning sun of the Philippines, and looking at all the fruit trees from my childhood I was in awe how wonderful it was to experience my up bringing in this beautiful native land. I didn't realize all through these long 16 yrs of not coming here that I am in for a big surprise. Life is actually experiencing laughing until you belly hurts and tears filling your eyes full of joy! I can't believe how my cousins, brothers and sisters made me laugh so much, they were so carefree and funny in all ways. We had recollections of how we were back then and they made fun of everything. They had no jobs or material stuff that in the Western culture centers their life around, these people are poor in stuff but rich in spirit!

As I encounter living here, I made a promise myself that I will visit here more often. They opened my eyes to what I'm missing in Canada. The true genuine love and caring of each other and how they are with you in good times and hard times. You won't believe it how they are so happy living simple lives. They have it all along on what is important in this lifetime. This is my father's greatest gift in his passing away, he brought me back to what love is and I'm happy to be here surrounded by my family and beauty of nature.

lttle miracles

Walking in nature yesterday I found these beautiful crocus, can't help myself but stop and awe! What a wonderful miracle right in my eyes, sometimes we are too busy in our own little lives that we don't see the "little miracles" that happens every moment. I took the time to be one with these flowers and it gave me a sense of love and joy.

How can these flowers grow with such splendor without anyone taking care of them? That is the magic of our Divine Creator, in its greatest creations, its manifestations is gently taken care of with its finest and intricate designs with true love. Our humanity is design just like these flowers with love, to give and receive this gift we open our souls to our Divine Creator and say "thank you!"

Memories of Papa

Today I needed to do a lot of follow ups before I can leave the country and be in the Philippines. But my mind is blank as if there is nothing there to do..but just be and everything will be taken care of! I have this sense of calmness within me and my soul seems to be traveling beyond space and time. I already am beside my Papa sitting beside him and touching his forehead.

My childhood memories started pouring out like rain in the storm..why storm? When I was growing up we love singing and dancing in the stormy rain of Asia. As soon as the rain hits the ground we are out there with friends and running all over the neighborhood. This is my childhood days and I love reflecting back because it gives me a sense of spontaneity about what life is supposed to be joyful fun and love.

One of my fondest memory about my father is when he sings for the family of ten children and relatives who are dwelling among us. He sings for my Mama and the song is called "Ramona" that's her name. He adores and loves her, my Papa loves to dance with her and I loved watching them dance around the halls of our huge old Spanish house. He was an actor in his teenage years, but did not pursue his career that way, he ended up to be an Immigration officer in the Airport. I remember him bringing me all kinds of animals when they confiscated them from travelers, he will take them home and I look forward having them as pets:)

He never lays hand on us, very kind and sweet. I loved sitting on his lap and asking him to sing for me and I will sing along with him.."It's a sin to tell a lie!" We lived very close to the Pacific ocean and as a little girl I loved going there everyday, collect shells, bring them home and give them to my Papa..I usually pinched his nose and tell him his nose looks like a shell.

He was a First Aid Attendee in World War 2 and tells me stories about his battle between life and death in Bataan, it was called the "Death March". How he managed to survive and ask God to give him one more day to live and see his family. He was my nurse, I still have this vivid picture of him crushing anti-biotic and putting them in my leg wounds as I was like a boy running around the fields.

This is my Papa, singer, dancer, handsome, kind, loving, generous, lover of wine and women:), and one thing more.. when we were born all 10 of us, he would take our placenta and burry it in the ground with a book. He said this signifies that we will have knowledge and the love of books. I just love how he thinks, love and sing for my soul..I love you Papa, you had taught me what forgiveness truly means and I have forgiven you for your weaknesses because through your weakness I found my strength and courage to be a voice of the sexually abused women. Now that you are there lying in your deathbed one thing I ask God is to give you love and say "you have done well!'

Thank you for bringing me out here in this beautiful world that we have, with all my heart, soul and being, you are my Papa!

Letting Go and let God

Yesterday I received a message that my Papa is in comatose, shocked but not really because I dreamt of "coffin" three days in a row. It's not easy to let go and let God takes its course. I was communicating with a friend to help her ease the pain of losing a cat and in the middle of this, I didn't know that my words will fall upon my path and learn the lesson of letting go...

In my journey when I'm about to lose someone close to me, a cat seems to come my way, out of the blue I get a call that there's a kitten waiting for me. Yesterday, when I received the news about my Papa, "Oscar" came to my home from the Animal Rescue. They are my cat angels, he put me to sleep last night with purring sounds and slept close to my heart.

Today, I will take the time to love myself, to just be and soak in my Papa's love. I know it's not easy for anyone to lose someone but in my heart I'm more closer to him because he will be with me in spirit and every moment I wake up and sleep I know he will be watching me always.

It's funny how half of my lifetime was spent soaking in "victim consciousness" when all along the lesson of forgiveness is what I was trying to find. My Papa gave me this special gift of unconditional love and forgiveness within your heart. When he signed this contract to be my father, he signed for something big because this is the lesson in this lifetime that I want to fulfill. Not knowing, looking at the bigger picture after all these years of pain I forgot to oversee the biggest lesson that I'm trying to find..forgiveness and mercy.

To let go of pain and let God takes us to the path of love and forgiveness, this is my souls purpose and every moment of my life I make sure that I have love and light to share to anyone I meet. Take care of your loved ones and say "I love you!" you never know when your time is up...

living inside the BOX!

This world is full of symbols and it's so funny how we are all caught in these symbols that we are not even consciously aware of most of the times. Can you imagine living inside this box that we created in our mind that we believe is the only way and other people's ways are not true. What is truth? some will say it's relative, others will say there's no absolute truth, what is your take on this?

When we live inside our head, we develop certain beliefs and this is where our perceptions come from. Our thoughts permeate our filter or view of what is life is all about. When we are not aware that this is the roots of our truth we identify with these beliefs that our parents had conditioned us in our childhood years which are crucial in our developmental stage especially with forming our own beliefs. When we live in fear and not shown what love is then we are in this mode of fear and we somehow have difficulty in achieving our highest potential. We are blocked and we see ourselves as living in a small confinement of space and limited with our own personal beliefs.

What a way to live? Open your eyes to these words and may be it will expand your perceptions on how you are seeing things that are happening around you. The only way to get out of this box is for something to happen to take you out of your comfort zone. When we experience detachment from this material world we become aware of our spirit and what is mostly important to us. Our heart speaks of the truth and when we are align in this energetic field "chakras" we become vessel of truth and energy.

Feel where you are most of the times, breathe and connect to your heart. Are you in negative vibrations, allow and become aware of your feelings and they will tell you where you needed to be. The only way to come out of this situation is to let go, risk living within your heart and be still wherever you are. It will come when you allow your thoughts melt within your heart.

The walls have ears:)

The walls have ears, shhhhhhhh! when I hear people talk about others in a derogatory way, I don't feel good inside of me. I literally said "be careful the walls have ears!" It's not because I don't care it's actually because I care. Creating a peaceful place at work sometimes is out of this world. I've given up on helping others but truly just be me, with my presence I don't need to preach. My work is my playground to see how ego and spirit manifest in all different colors. There are shades of black and white or grey. There is an exchange of energy everywhere, and be warn of "vampires" as they are very tricky and knows who to bite:)

These are people who are not aware of what they are doing, asleep and disconnected to their truth. Feeling empty they suck other people's energy especially who are light and happy. I see beyond form and intention, it's simple when you listen, truly open your ears and hear the words that are coming from their hearts, is it true, necessary and kind? When they speak and doesn't resonate to your good vibes then it is a sign to reflect and let go.

Let go of this negative imprints in your field, you don't need it! All you can do is to send this person light and love, for they don't know what they are doing and perhaps it is their own journey and process of transformation. Their actions will have consequences but it's not yours to carry. Stop saving the world, save your sanity:)

Akashic Records Souls

I'm quite delighted that I found my soul group, this is a gift to be able to share my gifts. Today I woke up with fire in my heart and passion to take this opportunity to be able to contribute to others what I have accomplished in this lifetime.

Deep in my heart I know that I've been in this road before and in this window of opportunity so to speak I want to make a difference in reaching out to others to give light. One thing for sure we are all gifts to each others path. Weather you are a student or a teacher the two is the same, it's a paradoxical world we live in. When I teach I become a student, I learn things from my students and as a teacher I take it to my heart what I learn from them and I guess this symbiotic relationship keeps me longing for more.

All is one, we are one in all. Everything is here and given when you open your heart and mind. The mind can not play its games anymore as you become one in ten thousand things as the Tao flows within you and others.

see it with the eyes of love

As I traverse this relationship with my boy friend, I find myself asking "how do I see my partner?" then the answers bring me back to the truth..the only way to see him is with these eyes of love and not of fear!

Sometimes we tend to look at our partner as the other one, he did this or did that. We forget that what we see is actually what we feel inside ourselves. They are the mirrors or the way to know our own inner landscape.

In this note, I decided that the only way to see myself and my partner is with compassion. To allow love and receive it with gentleness and kindness. Respecting and honoring our process of knowing our own selves and each other.

To always send him good thoughts, surround him with light and appreciate his presence in my life. This is my gift for my self, partner and others, to see others with the eyes of love and not of fear.

All is ONE!

Today I woke up and opened my book for reflection and it talked to me about the ONENESS of all. There is a unified consciousness that permeates within our hearts yet separated in our illusions as in the mind consciousness. We are all one in this river of consciousness and we can only allow this opening in our energetic fields to trust our inner knowing that we are all one.

Today as in Valentines Day I send my loved ones, strangers, friends, family members, co workers to all that touched my life and heart a message of love and light! A remembrance of who we are and what we are made of...love and light!

We are one, together we will create a world in oneness. The love that brings us here will put us together in oneness. Sing of a happy tune, dance of a joyful step, live as if no one is looking:)

Nature walk

Nature walk is one of my grounding in balancing multidimensions. When you are living in this situation, the challenge is grounding because you are still here on Earth and you need to stay close to nature to bring your purpose in reality. The most common mistake is forgetting that you are still here and you need to help others by putting your wisdom into work. So I decided to open this blog to serve others who are living in multidimensions. I didn't ask this but it was given as they would have said to you "we chose you!" So here we are in this planet feeling other energies in our being so strong and yet difficult to comprehend, I ask you to be patient and open your heart and everything will be given in an effortlessly manner. Ask for this to be given in such a way that you will not go through hell explaining this to your family or loved ones.

That was the biggest mistakes in my journey trying to tell my side of story to others who are closed and asleep to this kind of life. So don't even go there, just be and let them be confused but don't let your sunshine be rained on with their paranoia. You are who you are and there's nothing that you can do to prove yourself but allow the beauty of it all!

We are living in these multidimensions when we are attune and open portals to these multi energies. You will be guided and all you have to do is listen and keep your vibrations to high frequency, to be align to these energies. As we speak we are now at the edge of humanity where there is no concept of time and space, everything is accelerated and you know because you feel everything. Your body is a vessel and your soul purpose is align to these magnetic field that you are attune. Listen to your body and it will tell you what to do. Be still and be happy. Life is simple and blissful, live fully and be in tune with nature and your vibrations.
