When I'm manic I can't separate me from anyone else. I am only one and it's impossible to separate the one. So I need to ground myself by separation... doing baby steps until I am only Heather again :D I am learning this without abandoning those around me so I visited my old friends. They knew me and loved me but I had to stay centered. I scare them but I sent the love in a physical way and they returned it depending on where they were at, in their selves. Sometimes looking back is necessary to see how far you've come. But always return to this moment! I can only do the records while in the moment. And until I manifest the potential I saw. Is this correct?

I can't wait to try Guerrilla Foods. I need to go raw :D We are pure. I have a sunburn. at least the sun subsides a few minutes every day. Thank God my birthday is over... lots of fun but now it's down to earth. was it just me or did everybody look pregnant last night? We are growing something for sure. So can you tell me how to eat when a woman is pregnant? I'm not yet but I need to purify my body. This soul is PURE and will not survive in this world. You have babies help me please?
