Tonight as I reflect on my meetings with other beautiful souls, vulnerability came up and I was actually in awe of this gift. That this is a gift of strenght and courage, to be able to speak from the heart. When you are vulnerable, you expose your truth, authentic self and there is no pretense. Such a beautiful gift to be in this space of honesty and sharing your weak spots so to speak. I truly admire people who are vulnerable and never thought of this as a strength and to see this in a different light.
